Includes Friday afternoon
special session!
Saturday April 27 we will all gather and enjoy a full day of presentations, panels, and interactive sessions. One special focus this year will be on operational safety and a review of a couple of accidents over the last year or so.
In addition to several other general sessions we will have two or more breakout sessions to consider specialized topics useful to board members, mission coordinators, and other operational staff.
To conclude AIR CARE, on Saturday evening we will enjoy a celebratory dinner with a keynote speaker.
Full conference information will be sent soon. In the meantime please put Air Care 2019 on your calendar now and register as soon as possible.
Registration info is below.
To get an idea of what our conferences generally look like, please visit several prior conference program pages available at: http://www.aircarealliance.org/air-care-conferences.
Here is some general information – please stay tuned for our next bulletin!
Our typical conferences include an evening reception, one or two days of conference sessions, panel discussions, and meetings, and also feature a celebratory dinner usually on Saturday evening. Often we have additional optional tours and other opportunities prior to the conference and sometimes on Sunday too.
A number of attendees even come early and enjoy an informal dinner together on the evening prior to the start of the conference.
Each year the Air Care Alliance holds its AIR CARE
national conference to bring together those most involved in volunteer based public benefit flying. Attendees enjoy learning from, sharing knowledge with, and building relationships among their peers from across the country.
Session and speaker topics vary widely! We cover current and upcoming regulatory issues affecting public benefit flying, safety recommendations and other best practices, liability and other legal subjects of concern, marketing, organizational development and fundraising, emergency and disaster relief operations, hosting special events, membership growth and management systems, and much, much more.
Why attend? You and your board and staff members will join other leaders and staff from many public benefit flying groups who believe that we all benefit from the goodwill and mutual support gained from working together and learning from one another.
Please forward this email to your board and staff members as well as your key supporters and all those you know are enthusiastic about volunteer based public benefit flying –
AND BE THERE! You and your public benefit flying group will gain so much by working together with all the rest of us!
And – we have a LOT of fun doing it!
