The Air Care Alliance/Public Benefit Flying Summit will be an extra special event this year! Angel Flight West will be hosting and arranging the Air Care Summit in conjunction with the 3rd Annual Endeavor Awards in Denver, CO on May 20-21, 2016.
Our annual national conference is the place to be to meet leaders of volunteer pilot organizations nationwide, share ideas, and learn the latest news about Public Benefit Flying. This event is special because we are attempting to bring as many group reps together and at the same time make it easy for them to attend the Endeavor Awards, a dazzling celebration featuring three amazing and eminently worthy Endeavor Award recipients.
Awards Venue: the Denver Museum of Nature & Science
The theme for the Summit will be to challenge our respective organizations to grow and to inspire others to participate so that we can expand our outreach.
The Endeavor Awards will recognize three outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to public benefit flying. They are: Colonel Richard Iversen (ret) with Veterans Airlift Command; Jim Platz with Patient Airlift Services (PALS); and Dianna Stanger with Angel Flight South Central.
Limited free complimentary and special low cost options are available for representatives of volunteer pilot and public benefit flying organizations:
We are pleased to announce that Cirrus Aircraft will be providing significant financial support for the Summit. CEO and Co-Founder, Dale Klapmeier, attended the 2015 Endeavor Awards and was extremely impressed with the passion and commitment our pilots and volunteers represent. He wants to be sure that the Summit is well attended and successful and that representatives of volunteer pilot groups will be able to attend.
Therefore, Cirrus will provide free complimentary registration for the first 50 registrants representing Public Benefit Flying Groups shown on the ACA Directory of Groups found in the list
HERE. This is a $1,250 value including the $1,000 Endeavor Awards celebration and the $250 Air Care Summit conference registration. There will be a limit of two representatives per public benefit flying organization. Our thanks to Cirrus for this very generous support!
NOTE: Before registering for complimentary tickets please check with your group administrators to make sure you can represent the group at the Air Care Summit in Denver and that no one else has already used the group’s two passes.
If a group representative wishes to bring a spouse or other guest, or group members beyond the two complimentary passes per group, the per person fee would be $50 for the Friday evening reception and a steeply discounted $200 for the Endeavor Awards on Saturday (actual costs for the meal and event). Conference attendee registration would be $250.
The Endeavor Awards is black tie optional. It will be held at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.
You will be able to secure rooms at a discounted rate at the Conference hotel (see link below).
Our thanks to the Endeavor Awards Sponsors for their generous support: AOPA, the Jeff and Linda Hendricks Foundation, Jeppeson, Tempus Jets, Alaska Airlines, NBAA, and Windemere Real Estate. For complete information about the Endeavor Awards please do visit the website
